Though I agree that it would be very tough to create another Naukri or Monster in a short period but It will not stop others from trying.
Look at Timesjobs. These days they project themselves to be the Number 1 Job Site in India though it is arguable.
The coming of SHINE will definintely cause a dent in the Market share of other BIG Players if Firefly has a Solid Product.
They need to come up with some unique strategy for attracting the Job Seeker and innovate otherwise it would be just another Job Portal.
As far as Niche Job Sites, there are not many takers for them as of now in India but this arena will surely open up in the times to come due to the fact that a Job Seeker does not want to spend too much time while browsing through Loads of Job Postings.
