Job Overview: Leading the Media2win team of planners/ buyers/ ops nationally and manage planning & buying requirements for some of the best brands in the country.

Desired Skills: Desired Profile:

 Someone with 7-9 years experience in Media Planning/Buying
 Of the total experience, at least 2 years in the online space is preferred.
 Passion and ability to work in start-ups is crucial. Expectations
 ability to lead a team
 ability to independently handle large clients as well as new business pitches
 ability to improve the planning process, introduce new learning
 ability to follow through to execution (even though there is a team, being clued on to every element of the campaign is important)
 existing knowledge of all aspects of online media planning & buying, from impressions based plans to lead based plans
 good understanding of tracking and analytics
