iStream to digitise, distribute Viacom18 channels’ video content online

Viacom18, the joint venture between Network18 and Viacom, and online video content networks company iStream.in have signed a deal under which iStream will digitise, manage and distribute online all video content belonging to Viacom18 channels, including Colors, MTV, Nick and Vh1.
“Video is the fastest growing segment online and this deal will ensure that reality shows like Bigg Boss, Fear Factor-Khatron Ke Khiladi as well as serials like Balika Vadhu apart from properties like Roadies and Splitsvilla will be available online,” Radhakrishnan Ramachandran, founder and CEO, iStream.in, has said. You watch the first screen (TV) from a distance, look into the second screen (PC) from nearer distance (two feet away) and then you have your third screen (mobile) with you 24 x 7 and very close to you.
