Job Overview: Responsibilities:
Revenue drivers for the business
Consulting clients and partners on the best way to achieve their goals, with benchmarked client servicing standards
Developing new categories of online advertisers
Should be responsible for key sales accounts

Desired Skills: Profile Preference
Should have spent 2 - 8 years in sales/marketing in the online media or offline media industry with proven track records in ad sales is a must.( Post will be according to the experience in the industry.)
Preferred candidate will be from Online or offline media who has existing relationships and good understanding of online advertising strategies, technologies and techniques and ability to set clear priorities
Has to have a passion for sales and high achievement appetite for revenue targets
Can build a regional setup of sales professionals
Has to have an experience of leading a team towards high sales goals
Exceptional organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills (Must be able to quickly learn and explain key technologies)
Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities
Self-starter that drives deliverables to outstanding execution with minimal supervision
Candidate should work well in an entrepreneurial environment and thrive in taking initiative.
Excellent work ethic and leadership skills
