Job Overview: Responsibilities:

 Revenue drivers for the business
 Consulting clients and partners on the best way to achieve their goals, with benchmarked client servicing standards
 Developing new categories of online advertisers
 Should be responsible for key sales accounts
Desired Skills: Profile Preference
 Should have spent 2 - 8 years in sales/marketing in the online media or offline media industry with proven track records in ad sales is a must.( Post will be according to the experience in the industry.)
 Preferred candidate will be from Online or offline media who has existing relationships and good understanding of online advertising strategies, technologies and techniques and ability to set clear priorities
 Has to have a passion for sales and high achievement appetite for revenue targets
 Can build a regional setup of sales professionals
 Has to have an experience of leading a team towards high sales goals
 Exceptional organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills (Must be able to quickly learn and explain key technologies)
 Must be team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to problem-solve proactively and deal with multiple priorities
 Self-starter that drives deliverables to outstanding execution with minimal supervision
 Candidate should work well in an entrepreneurial environment and thrive in taking initiative.
 Excellent work ethic and leadership skills
