Desired Skills: We are recruiting for the following positions:

Server side hackers If you’re a open source junkie, and love hacking Linux systems, deep algorithmic work (search, recommendation engines, etc), SQL tuning and optimization, and modifying open-source code to your own twisted purposes, then you might be a good fit for a position with our server side team. People with prior experience in scalability of large webapps are at an advantage. Desired experience level: 0-4 yrs

Front End Developers
We’re looking for web-savvy hackers who know JavaScript, AJAX, Flash, PHP, ROR and can use them to full effect in creating amazing web applications & intuitive interfaces. Prior experience in application development in an internet firm may be an advantage. Desired experience level: 0-4 yrs

Flash/Flex Developers
If you are a rich internet application hacker and have worked on Flash, ActionScript (AS2 or AS3), Flex, Laszlo, Adobe Air etc. you might be a good fit for this position. Experience in building media players, widgets, audio/video players that can be embedded on blogs, websites, social networks etc. is an advantage. Desired experience level: 0-4 yrs

API / Platform Developer
If you are an API/mashups hackers and love building Facebook & OpenSocial applications, this position might suit you. You should have experience with Javascript, XML, PHP, Ruby etc. And the knack of building viral applications that plug into different social networks. Desired experience level: 0- 3 yrs

Technologies/Platforms
The platforms we work on are- Ruby on Rails, Linux, FreeBSD, Debian, MySql etc. We use Amazon Web Services S3 & EC2 in our setup, so this is a good opportunity for people seeking experience in cloud computing, infinitely scalable architectures etc. Candidates not having prior experience in ROR are can apply as well- if you have worked earlier on LAMP- PHP, Python, Perl etc, you're equally welcome.
