TimesofMoney unveils online payment gateway service DirecPay

The Times Group’s e-payment service provider TimesofMoney has launched DirecPay, a bank neutral payments aggregator service for merchants to facilitate online shopping and act as a single interface between customer, bank and the merchant.

According to TimesofMoney, DirecPay supports credit cards, debit cards and net banking transactional capabilities across a spectrum of banks and credit cards. DirecPay has a tie up with over 20 banks for net banking and currently accepts Visa, Master and Diner’s club cards.

Looks like the sales pitch / content is a copy of the market leader ccAvenue.com . No pricing, No amex, no cash cards, no mobile payments, no live support. Typical Times Group venture....wants to get into everything...matrimonial (SimplyMarry)....Jobs (TimesJobs)...Property (Magic Bricks)...Travel (indiatimes travel)...crm solutions...web hosting...domain names registration etc etc... Ha Ha Ha! They already claim that they are Number 1 in Jobs.....very soon claim No. 1 payment gateway...Watch Out!

Good one.... there are very few players(one ?) in Indian online payment gateway market and existing ones are very costly,charging 4-5% per sale value.

But DirecPay website doesn't give any information about their fee structure... Didn't understand why they choose not to talk about the pricing in the website
