The Times Group’s e-payment service provider TimesofMoney has won an award for 'Brand Excellence in Internet Business' at the World Brand Congress 2009. The innovation award aims to recognize brand names that are associated with being prolific innovators.

One can’t keep on doing the same stuff over and over again across all kinds of brands. Every brand has a unique feature and this needs to be attributed through innovative marketing initiatives. Unless the people working in this medium can innovate, spends will not grow on internet. "
In the area of Online Payment, India still have very few competitors. If we look at the industry we will find Paisa Pay (eBay Exclusive), PayMate, CCAvenue, TimesMoney and few others dominated the space.
It is true that competition is low and the segment is still at the growing stage. In such time an International recognition to an Indian company is surely appreciative.
