Interactive Avenues preparing to launch an ad network called AdMagnet
27 April, 2008
DGTL Media, a part of Mumbai-based digital marketing company Interactive Avenues, is preparing to launch an online ad network called Ad Magnet. Ad Magnet would seek to leverage “a 4th generation ad serving technology to aggregate billions of ad impressions across categories, create audience segments and help advertisers reach highly fragmented internet users.”
At the time of writing this story, AdMagnet.com was redirecting to the InteractiveAvenues.com site. When AlooTechie called Ratish Nair, CEO of Interactive Avenues, to confirm if the company was preparing to launch Ad Magnet, he said he would be able to talk about it only after a couple of days.
Interactive Avenues is backed by Sequoia Capital India, a leading venture capital firm in India whose investments include Indiatimes, Travelguru and Shaadi.com. Globally, Sequoia Capital has been an early investor in leading internet and technology companies including Google, Yahoo, Apple, Oracle, Cisco, PayPal and YouTube.

I think the second and the third screen will play an important role in building brands and consumer loyalty going forward. You watch the first screen (TV) from a distance, look into the second screen (PC) from nearer distance (two feet away) and then you have your third screen (mobile) with you 24 x 7 and very close to you. How effectively you use these third and second screens is the way forward for any brand. "
I am excited to see launch and then working performance of company because it will give new boost to market.and lots of people to show their talent.
We are excited about the launch as it is a major move towards achieving our vision to provide a compelling on the move social and entertainment environment for Indians.
Hi Ratish, Sunil, Ad Magnet Team,
Wishing you All the best for the new venture. Hope it is a rocking success too.
Cheers
Mahesh
